Our story
Tyrion Ingram-Dawkins,
a defensive lineman for the Minnesota Vikings & University of Georgia graduate, is the passionate founder behind The TID Foundation. Rooted in his hometown of Gaffney, South Carolina, Tyrion created the foundation as a way to give back to the community that shaped him. The TID Foundation is dedicated to empowering local youth by providing essential resources and opportunities for career exploration. Inspired by the tireless work ethic of his single mother and his family, Tyrion believes in the power of hard work and giving back. Through events like the annual Back-to-School Career Fair, The TID Foundation works to ensure that every student has the tools and inspiration they need to succeed, proving that success isn't just about reaching the NFL—it's about lifting up the community that helped get you there.
